Expert Consulting Services, Inc. (ECS) is a service-oriented company designed to remedy many of the frustrations experienced by lawyers and experts in working together.
Frustrated by the often difficult and inefficient process of finding quality expert witnesses, Colorado attorney Ingrid Vinci recognized the need for a streamlined system to facilitate the effective use of high caliber expert witnesses.
At the same time, Ingrid recognized a need for a service that could provide guidance to professionals who were qualified to be experts, but were unfamiliar with the procedural requirements and administrative responsibilities that accompany expert work.
Ingrid developed a business model that applied her experience and legal knowledge to helping both legal professionals and potential experts.
About Ingrid
A graduate of St. Lawrence University and Southern Methodist University School of Law, Ingrid spent the first ten years of her legal career in the litigation arena. Her extensive experience includes toxic tort, medical malpractice, product liability, premises liability, and other personal injury litigation.
During her tenure as a litigation attorney, Ingrid accumulated substantial experience working with experts in areas of expertise. As such, she fully appreciates the importance of a solid, collaborative relationship with the expert witness. Her philosophy of case development involved establishing strong relationships with her expert witnesses by encouraging open and regular communication and utilizing her expert witnesses when formulating case strategy.
