It is with great pleasure that I write this letter to comment on my experience working with your company for many years.
In my nineteen years of being a trial attorney, I have had occasion to work with at least a dozen companies engaged in the same business as you. Without a doubt, Expert Consultant Services is at the top of my list. The company, and the individual members specifically, have always been very receptive, responsive, ethical, and professional. In the past, we have requested your assistance in obtaining doctors who can render opinions as to the severity of injuries, extensive future medical needs, and a great number of standard of care opinions in the medical, professional, and engineering fields. The professionals your company has provided to us have been universally exceptional. While we certainly do not always get an opinion from these professionals that support our particular position in a case, I can state with utmost conviction that I have never been provided anything short of the highest qualified professionals in their respective fields. I view your company as a doorway to some of the most exceptional experts in the entire United States.
In my view, what is even more outstanding is the fact that many of the professionals you have located for me in my Colorado law practice actually live and work here in Colorado. Before using your company, I do not believe I ever had a standard of care expert in a medical malpractice case who lived here in this state. Obviously, I believe that a “home grown” expert makes for a better witness at trial.
